Refund and billing policy

Attorney review required before public launch. This page is an implementation draft, not legal advice, and is not counsel-approved policy.

All prices are in USD. Canadian members are charged in US dollars. We do not store card numbers.

• Identity verification is $1.50 once. It is generally nonrefundable after a successful inquiry, except for documented billing errors, fraud, or legal requirements.
• A refunded or disputed verification payment reverses unused verification credit and invalidates Founder status.
• Day Pass is a 24-hour one-time product and does not renew. Refunding it ends the pass immediately.
• Standard and Premium are monthly subscriptions managed through the billing portal. Canceling at period end keeps access until the current period ends.
• Credits never become cash and cannot exceed a purchase subtotal.
