The service

Main St Singles is a dating service for adults 18 or older in the United States and Canada. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company or any theme-park operator. Users may list factual park and trip preferences. Our interface does not use Disney-owned artwork, characters, logos, or fonts.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, located in the United States or Canada, and able to form a contract. Registration requires a working email, date of birth, country, and acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We may refuse or close accounts that fail eligibility checks, fail verification, or violate these terms.

Profiles and conduct

You are responsible for the photos and statements you publish. Do not impersonate others, post illegal content, harass members, solicit money, or use the service for commercial spam. We may hide, remove, or refuse content and may warn, suspend, or ban accounts.

Verification, messaging, and paid access

Identity verification costs $1.50 and is required before sending messages. The fee becomes a one-use credit toward your first paid upgrade after a successful verification payment. Free verified members may send two messages per calendar day. A Day Pass, Standard, or Premium product expands access as described at checkout. Prices are shown in USD. Credits have no cash value.

Safety

Main St Singles cannot guarantee another member’s identity, intentions, or behavior. Meet in public, tell a trusted person your plans, and contact emergency services if you are in danger. Block and Report tools are available on profiles and conversations.

Termination

You may pause or delete your account in Settings. Deletion removes public access immediately and schedules erasure after the retention period required for safety, billing, and legal records. We may suspend or ban accounts for policy or legal reasons.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that you will meet a compatible person. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.
